OUR CULTURE
OUR CULTURE

At BGC, a primary focus is on people. “Partner” is the term we use to describe all employees because of our belief that we are all partners working toward the common goal of making BGC successful. Our partners are our most valuable assets. We strive to create a work environment that makes each partner proud to serve at BGC. We do this by providing opportunities for development, soliciting partner feedback to better understand how we can improve the partner experience, and recognizing partners annually for their job performance. The company also invests back into our partners through bonuses and incentives.

BGC is a family-owned, Christian company and partners can expect for meetings to begin with a prayer, followed by the company’s core values, mission and vision statements. One of our company’s core values is ‘The Team Matters,’ and this is evident throughout the company. You often hear partners refer to their co-workers as their “BGC family,” because our partners truly care about each other, like family.
