Job Summary

Provides administrative support in the People & Culture compensation area of organizational management, job descriptions and pulling partner data for analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathers partner data through SAP or physical personnel records and performs research as needed to be reviewed and analyzed by Compensation team; reviews job history, education, and experience on Partner Central and LinkedIn.
  • Works with the Compensation team to revise job descriptions by gathering and interpreting information from People & Culture, position incumbents, survey job descriptions and managers. Works with Compensation team to determine job leveling and pay scale.
  • Uploads job descriptions into Partner Central for them to be posted on Partner Central as well as other job board platforms.
  • Gathers information to create offer letters and completes hiring process steps in Partner Central.  Provides documentation to various departments to request the completion of background and drug tests, onboarding, security access, etc.  
  • Pulls compensation-related queries, and ad-hoc reports as requested from the business.
  • Serves as a resource for various tasks related to Compensation special projects.
  • Prepares reports, correspondence, memos and other compensation documents and materials; arranges format and content for effective presentation of information.
  • Researches information and remains current on HR-related laws, best practices and industry-relevant trends.
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in human resources processes and communicates observations to management for change.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of professional business writing, including proofreading and grammatical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP reporting applications.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Access and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods or processes.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form across position levels within the company.
  • Ability to consistently interact with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to show information in presentation or diagram form.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out of town locations with possible overnight stays.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Associates degree and one or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Must obtain Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification through Company LEARN program within 2 weeks of starting in role.
  • Knowledge of Partner Central preferred but not required.

  • Continuously required to use fine finger movements (ex. sorting and typing).

  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel or squat.

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
