Job Summary

Gains supervised partner development experience related to the student’s field of study and career goals. Assists partners in designated department with tasks and attends department meetings. Becomes familiar with BGC strategies, procedures, and methods of operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicates with retail stores to provide support for training documents and administration of the learning management system including troubleshooting
  • Reviews, revises, and creates online training courses as assigned by working with subject matter experts, planning/organizing content, writing scripts, recording/editing audio, creating graphics, etc.
  • Reviews, revises, and creates training guides, infographics, and materials.
  • Provides, supports, and observes training on Company initiatives through on-the-job training, classes, and workshops.
  • Creates presentations, infographics and logos for various Company leaders, initiatives, and trainings.
  • Creates training documentation and materials for various Company training initiatives and projects. Reviews and updates existing training materials to ensure relevancy and that current processes are properly documented.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.
  • Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current enrollment in an accredited university or college in a related field or subject and maintain 2.6 GPA required.
  • Must be classified as a junior, senior, or graduate student based on academic credit status.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.

  • Frequently required to use hands for reaching, touching or handling.
  • Frequently required to use fine finger movements (ex. sorting and typing).

  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, maneuver or lift objects up to 40 lbs.
  • Attendance at work is required.
