Job Summary

Responsible for managing and deriving value from our large email/SMS lists. Works cross functionally to ensure successful implementation of loyalty marketing projects including creation of emails and other customer communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating content for email and other customer communication channels.  Maintains knowledge on platforms and changes to optimize systems.
  • Develops and executes effective email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Segments and maintains our email lists to ensure content is reaching the right audience.
  • Monitors email campaign results, analyzes key metrics, and optimizes emails based on those results to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Presents campaign and channel performance results to key business stakeholders.
  • Manages and ensures that all email communications adhere to best industry practices for deliverability, open rates, click through rates, conversion rates, and mobile optimization.
  • Collaborates with our content and design teams to create compelling and visually appealing email content.
  • Collaborates with BGC loyalty group to deliver appropriate content that aligns with marketing strategies and assists in developing campaigns/journeys.
  • Writes creative job requests and maintains loyalty and digital marketing calendar, including tactics requested from the brand team.
  • Assists with writing jobs for art needed for communications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP reporting and transactional applications.
  • Proactively approaches challenges with a commitment for continuous improvement.
  • Problem solving, identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges that could impact timelines.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.
  • Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing/MarTech and/or email and marketing automation platforms.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.
