Job Summary

Develops and implements content for multiple electronic marketing platforms. Creates, edits and designs content for company websites using web development software. Performs research and technical analysis to offer insight on maintaining a positive user experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Applies technical skills to create, test and implement content for electronic marketing platforms. Confirms accuracy of content and successful targeting of information to customer base.
  • Responsible for website maintenance and page creation using web development software.
  • Tests current updates and enhancements across all electronic marketing platforms.
  • Produces and distributes statistical-based reporting to other departments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Implements electronic marketing projects by creating timelines, coordinating with other departments and site administrators, and focusing on platform development and enhancement.
  • Consults with brands teams on strategy development to effectively market brands and products using social media platforms.
  • Communicates frequently with vendors to ensure project requirements are met in accordance with established timelines.
  • Utilizes project management skills to analyze processes and make recommendations during technical projects from conception to production.
  • Resolves electronic marketing issues by researching and addressing inquiries from partners, vendors and customers.
  • Responsible for digital tactics including but not limited to: digital advertising, paid social, in-store marketing monitors, and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Works with the marketing team to propose and execute digital tactics.
  • Ensures brand standards are met on digital advertising art.
  • Communicates and manages relationships with vendors to ensure requirements are met in accordance with established timelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to show information in presentation or diagram form.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to utilize both creative and technical skills.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and higher education required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age required.
