Job Summary

Maintains product hierarchy, manages site development and updates, and collects content to use for each product while ensuring the brand messages align with Company branding goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes sales trends and compares against metrics to make recommendations to Company leadership for current and future eCommerce activities.
  • Works to improve catalog quality and drives innovative ideas to promote online conversions.
  • Develops and maintains catalog hierarchy/navigation for the online customer experience.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues with customers on digital platforms.
  • Maintains systems that support online product information such as photography repositories, product information, systems, etc.
  • Performs User Acceptance and Quality Assurance testing for online features affecting marketing and merchandising.
  • Coordinates logistics for eCommerce locations, including setup, communication, and support.
  • Supports digital content development through the management of digital catalogs.
  • Proactively researches to ensure accuracy and delivery of Company content, while looking for brand position improvement opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient knowledge of SAP reporting and transactional applications preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain self-motivation while working alone or with teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex information.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
  • Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
  • Ability to show information in presentation or diagram form.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out-of-town locations with possible overnight stays.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and one or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education preferred.

  • Frequently required to use fine finger movements (ex. sorting and typing).
